3. Account Registration & Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

tk71's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tk71 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11. Amendments to These Terms

tk71 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification. The revised Terms become effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the tk71 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English.
